Surgeon Membrane Type Control Panel
Technomed’s Surgeon Membrane-Type Control Panel is a flush-mounted, microcontroller-based interface designed for modular operation theaters, offering seamless control over critical OT parameters. The membrane façade uses UV-resistant material, making it sterilizable, hygienic, and compatible with sterile environments. It integrates functionalities such as real-time and elapsed clocks, temperature and humidity monitoring, and lighting control for both peripheral and surgeon lights. The panel also includes medical-gas alarm displays to keep the surgical team immediately informed of any fluctuations. Designed for user-friendliness, the buttons work reliably even when the surgeon is wearing gloves. Its modular layout supports customized tile arrangements to suit hospital workflows and specific OT setups. The system connects via a multiplex cable to the main distribution board, ensuring clean signal transmission. With a slim, durable design, it enhances both operational safety and workflow efficiency in modern OT infrastructure.
